Fabio Lattanzi Antinori, Powered by You (2022)

Fabio Lattanzi Antinori works across a range of mediums including sculpture, print, text, sound, and interactive installations. Born in Rome, Italy, from initial studies in architecture and music he moved to Berlin in 2005 and then London in 2006, where he earned his MFA in Fine Arts and Computational Technology at Goldsmiths College in 2013.

His work explores power dynamics, beliefs, and the way our perception of reality is collectively shaped and disseminated within society. He is particularly interested in the interactions between language, the narratives of data, the agency of digital technology and AI, the notion of future, and the economy.

Recent exhibitions include: Chronicles of Future Superheroes at the Museum of Contemporary Art Bucharest and Kunsthalle Bega Timisoara; Chased by Unicorns at Pi Artworks London and Istanbul; Frieze Sculpture, Regent’s Park, London; The Cost of Your Words, commissioned by the Royal Society of Sculptors and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London; SeMA – Seoul Museum of Art; V&A, London; Museum of Contemporary Art, Shanghai.

He was awarded the Lucas Artists Fellowship; the First Plinth Award by the Royal Society of Sculptors and was selected for the MMCA International Artist in Residence Program in Seoul.

Fabio Lattanzi Antinori’s works have been included in the collections of SeMA – Seoul Museum of Art; National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea and Victoria and Albert Museum.
